Ease backing into spot, quiet and peaceful the Mountains are beautifulPosted on Robin WhitakerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Cove Creek RV Resort is a peaceful, well maintained campground in a quiet area of the Smokies. The large sites can accommodate the biggest big rigs, and the views are amazing. This campground is walking distance to several bar/restaurants and shops, minus the extreme congestion in the big towns. The campground has all of the basics needed as well as very clean bathrooms and laundry. We just finished our month-long stay on May 1, 2026. We will definitely be back next spring.Posted on Jessica PowellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Overall, we would stay here again. The location was great, especially without all the traffic from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It had some shops and restaurants around that were pretty good! We walked to a lot of the places around here. The view was great, and the cabin was very quaint! It featured a loft with two twin mattresses, bunk beds, a pull-out couch, and a master bedroom with, I believe, a queen bed. The front porch was very nice, and the views were perfect. The kitchen does not have an oven but does have a microwave and a mini stovetop. The fridge is a mini-fridge and, unfortunately, does not fit a lot. The cabin had cookware, dinnerware, and silverware as well. The bathroom was well-stocked. My only complaints were that the TVs did not work at all. Thankfully, my husband works in IT and figured out how to mirror our phones to the screen. Also, this cabin does not have a great water heater. Beware, in the shower, your hot water will last ten minutes at max, and that's just from one person using the shower. If multiple people need to shower, the people behind the first will be stuck with cold water. Overall, we would stay here again, but I really hope these issues are improved.Posted on Cheryl WebbTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would recommend this place to anyonePosted on Larry HeadTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Cove creek was great we stayed for a month . The views of the mountains were awesome, Amy and Robert kept the campground and restrooms/showers clean. We could walk to coffee, a restaurant called the sloppy hog and food trucks. Highly recommend!Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
