Check-In time is 2:00 pm, check-out time is 11:00 am. Any unapproved, late check-outs will result in a $5 fee per 30 minutes.


Short term reservations may be canceled up to 2 weeks before scheduled arrival for refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Less than 2 weeks notice will result in forfeit of the total deposit. Holidays and special events may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival for refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Less than 30 days will result in forfeit of the total deposit. No Shows will be charged for the entire reservation. No refunds or credits are issued for early departures.


There is a 5 mph speed limit throughout the entire resort property. Excessive speed will result in a warning and repeated offenses will result in request to leave the campground.


Two licensed vehicles are permitted per site/lot. Vehicles must be parked on the driveway or concrete pad; please DO NOT park or drive on the grass. Motorized vehicles without adequate noise suppression may be required to park at the Resort office. Operation of ANY motorized vehicle by anyone under the age of 16 is strictly prohibited. Please keep the vehicle tag hanger visible while in Resort. Cove Creek RV Resort Management highly recommends that ALL persons operating scooters, bicycles and motorcycles wear a helmet at all times during operation (TN state law requires helmets for children under 16 operating a bicycle. ALL motorcycle operators/riders are required to wear a helmet) ALL motorized equipment is required to have a valid proof of insurance and all operators must be 16 years of age or older.


Rates are based on 4 adults (over 18 years of age); additional adult guests may be accommodated at a rate of $10/per adult, per stay. No more than 8 people may occupy a site/lot. ALL renters, and their guests, must register upon arrival/departure.


Your guests are welcome to join you and may stay overnight for $5/per person, per night. ALL visitors must register at the Welcome Center and be issued a Visitor Pass for their vehicle.


ALL children under the age of 17 must be supervised by an adult at all times in any/all areas of the Resort.


Pets are not allowed inside resort facilities, recreation areas, or on any other owner’s private property. Pets are not to be left outside, unattended. Pet enclosures of any type are not permitted outside the camper. Proof of rabies vaccination is to be readily available for all pets on site. There are 3 pet waste stations available throughout the resort. Each station is equipped with trash cans and ‘poo bags’. Guests are required to clean up after their pets and to dispose of their waste in a sanitary manner. We ask that you DO NOT dispose of any waste in any waterways or creeks. Resort rules, as well as State & County laws, require that all pets must be on a leash of not greater than 6’ in length. While away from your site/lot, pets are required to be kept inside your RV in a quiet manner. Pets causing a disturbance, or harm, will be subject to immediate removal from Resort.


Dumpsters are located near site 27. Please dispose of all trash waste inside of Dumpster. Due to natural wildlife in the area, please DO NOT place any trash outside of dumpsters or RVs. Items that are not allowed to be placed in the dumpsters or left at the campground: metal, wood, paint, appliances, mattresses, oil, automotive batteries, and/or gasoline.


Quiet hours are strictly adhered to between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am daily.


Your site is supplied with a chimenea, fire pit or fire ring. Fires are not to exceed knee height and must be fully extinguished before retiring or leaving your campsite. An adult must be present at all times during the campfire.


Cove Creek is an RV Resort and as such asks that all guests adhere to the following regarding the general appearance of your assigned site/lot. Vehicle and/or RV maintenance is strictly prohibited on site. Should your RV require maintenance during your stay, there are several mobile repair options available to you. Simply notify the office prior to their arrival. The mobile repair company that you select is required to register with the office. Waste/greywater must not be discharged on the ground. No additional attachments, accessory buildings, appliance/s, structures, stairs, skirting, or decking may be used within the Resort. Please inquire about exceptions for guests with disabilities. Soliciting is strictly prohibited and no business of any kind is permitted to be operated/conducted from your site/lot. Camping tents are not permitted on any site/lot within the Resort. Due to sudden and extreme winds, pop-up canopies are not encouraged and must be put down when you are not present at your site. Washing of your RV, car, and/or trailer is permitted on your site/lot by obtaining a ‘Wash Permit’ from the office for $5. Management reserves the right to ask guests to remove any exterior decorations, flags, signs, etc., that are deemed inappropriate and/or offensive.


An outdoor pool is available, seasonally, for your enjoyment. Pool and all amenities are for use by Cove Creek RV Resort registered guests only. Pool hours are from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. Pool use is at your own risk; there is NO lifeguard on duty. Swim diapers ONLY (regular diapers are not permitted) are to be used in the pool. We are pleased to welcome month to month guests at Cove Creek RV Resort. All sites are available for monthly rental (based on availability). Additional rules/regulations are listed below: A Monthly Rental Agreement is required for all guests staying for six months or longer. Monthly rates are based on 4 adults (over 17 years of age); there is a monthly rate of $10 for each additional guest. A late fee of 10% per day will be imposed after a 5-day grace period for all associated fees posted to accounts. Guests with pets are required to submit a copy of their Rabies Vaccination Certificate for all pets (cats and dogs as required by TN State Law). Pets are defined as cats and/or dogs – Only!

Any propane tanks placed outside of your RV that are 100lb + are required to be covered or fenced. Temporary, inflatable, above ground, or ‘kiddie’ pools or hot tubs are not permitted. Exterior decorations, lights, etc., are placed at your own risk. Should you have items placed in the grass, please make note that our maintenance staff will not be able to mow/weed eat in your area. Our team is not responsible for any damage that may occur because of items placed in the grass. Excessive decorations are not permitted and must be tasteful and deemed appropriate by Resort management. Utility trailers, box trailers, or vehicle dollies are not permitted to stay on your site Cove Creek RV Resort reserves the right to eject any guest, without refund, for any of the following: {1} non-compliance of resort rules, policies or regulations. {2} Verbal or physical threat of another guest or employee. {3} Deliberate damage or destruction of property belonging to Cove Creek RV Resort or another guest (including damage caused by not adhering to Resort Rules). {4} Disorderly, immoral, or indecent conduct.
